We’ve seen a surge in the ‘gamification’ of learning and talent development activities over the past few years. And now it’s being talked about in relation to hiring and recruitment.

But how do applicants perceive this move? What do they want? You may wonder if games should be used at all in recruitment. Or, be concerned about being left behind if other companies are doing it and you’re not.  What are the real risks of gamifying - and not gamifying - talent assessment?
