Ben is an Occupational Psychology consultant with experience designing and implementing psychometric and behavioural solutions for recruitment and talent management initiatives across aviation, technology, telecommunications, retail and public sectors. He has been responsible for the design, deployment and end-to-end management of fully integrated large-scale assessment campaigns for clients in the private and public sector. Ben has extensive experience in the design and administration of custom assessments and report outputs.

Roshni is an Occupational Psychology consultant with experience in design, delivery, implementation and management of bespoke selection and development assessment and reporting tools. She has developed particular expertise with designing and managing large leadership assessment center processes and 180° and 360° performance management assessment processes. Roshni has extensive consulting experience with clients in a wide range of industries such as telecommunications, the Big 5 consultancy firms, oil and gas, public services and retail. Roshni has gained global-scale experience through working in the UAE, KSA, UK and Ireland, as well as co-ordinating simultaneous delivery in multiple markets.
