Alika is a senior Occupational Psychology consultant with over 12 years of consulting experience. She is a subject matter expert on various assessment projects and has led the design and delivery of assessment and development solutions for clients across industries.

A trained clinical psychologist, Alika is passionate about disrupting the HR industry by introducing and applying psychological concepts in the corporate sector. Demonstrating strong linkages between behavioral assessments and performance metrics is also something that excites her.

Over her tenure, Alika has worked on design and implementation of large scale Potential Assessment programs, Leadership Assessment, Succession Planning, HR Diagnostics, Selection and Hiring Assessments and Development Centres across India, South-east Asia and Middle East.
