Henry is an early careers specialist at Ocado Group and is responsible for the implementation of new early careers initiatives. Henry’s most recent project involved implanting AI into the recruitment process which has helped Ocado increase diversity and mitigate unconscious bias.
Memoona is a qualified chartered accountant and commenced her career at Vodafone 8 years ago and has worked in both the UK and Group finance functions, supporting key projects such as Vodafone’s merger with Liberty Global and 5G spectrum planning.
Stephanie started her recruitment career in 2007 and whilst working for M&S she has supported recruitment in most business units helping her to understand recruitment in all disciplines. Stephanie's current role sees her recruiting future talent to the diverse world of M&S in an inclusive and digital way.
Joanne has over 20 years’ experience in HR and recruitment and is now the Talent Acquisition Manager at Schroders. Her role finds her solving complex recruitment challenges and building early careers programmes to support the overall Schroders strategic agenda.
