Ann Givens, Managing Director, Global Technology at JPMorgan Chase

Ann is responsible for firm-wide Data Center and Application Resiliency Governance and Testing at JPMorgan Chase. Ann is a transformation leader who is responsible for the vision and strategy in the area of Resiliency across the Global Technology practice. Ann’s career with JPMorgan Chase has included her driving the agile transformation across the technology organization by establishing the Development Center for Technology. This accelerated the transformation to an agile way of working.   

Ann has over 25 years of global payments experience and the ability to develop and execute global strategies, build teams, work across multiple lines of business and cultures, drive revenue and results. Ann also worked overseas in Amsterdam and London.


Lauren Jepson, Global HR Program Manager by day, Spider-Girl by night at Vodafone

Lauren currently leads the ground-breaking international future jobs programme “What will you be?”- Vodafone’s proposition to help young people navigate the digital world of careers, provide career guidance and access to training content in the digital economy for up to 10 million young people. 

Over the last year, Lauren has worked alongside her partners in Commercial, Brand & Sustainable business with specialist cut-e psychologists, careers advisers and training providers to develop a mobile first service - called the Future Jobs Finder - that offers young people a simple but comprehensive gateway to new skills and opportunities for employment in the digital economy.

Having previously worked in Vodafone New Zealand Lauren moved to the UK in 2015 and joined in 2008 as part of the Auckland University of Technology scholarship/graduate programme. While in market and in Group she has worked across multiple functions including Enterprise Sales, Customer Operations and HR. Involved in a number of key HR projects spanning HR services, remuneration, talent, L&D, transformation, reverser mentoring and digital ways of working.


Sina Bulling, Global Assessment & Selection Specialist at Credit Suisse

Sina holds a master degree in Psychology and works as a Specialist in the global Assessment & Selection Team of Credit Suisse, based in the Zurich headquarter. The assessment & selection team provides a portfolio of assessment solutions (onsite, virtual and online) that are used for both selection and development purposes. The team also functions as a competence center for selection methods in the bank to improve and assure quality in the recruiting process.

Christa Buss, Global Head of Recruitment at Transcom

Christa Buss is Global Head of Recruitment and is responsible for driving and maintaining global standards and recruiting processes. Christa currently operates from Groningen, the Netherlands. Prior she worked at the HQ of Transcom in Stockholm where she was responsible for developing a standardized recruitment hub concept for Transcom Sweden. Currently, a large and important part of her job is to make sure Transcom is in the forefront when it comes to candidate experience, digitalization, and automation throughout the whole employee life cycle.

Jasper Den Ouden, HR Director Powder Coatings at AkzoNobel

Jasper Den Ouden has over 18 years of strategic HR experience and is now the HR Director of Powder Coatings at AkzoNobel. Skilled in Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Development and People Management, Jasper is now implementing a global upgrade of its marketing development assessment centre to support business transformation.

Vassilis Donikian, HR Marketing & Talent Acquisition at Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen

Vassilis holds a master degree in Human Capital Management and works as a HR Marketing & Talent Acquisition Specialist for Swiss Radio and Television which is the largest public media corporation of the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Over the last year, Vassilis re-engineered the hiring process of the renowned trainee program and worked closely with cut-e experts to implement a high quality assessment solution. Furthermore, he is responsible for driving the company’s employer brand awareness, always ensuring the diversity and quality of candidates within a fast-paced industry.

João Estanqueiro, Corporate HR Employer Branding | Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at EDP

João Estanqueiro is an HR Specialist responsible for the global employer brand strategy and for the Diversity & Inclusion focus at EDP in Portugal.  For the past year or so, João has concentrated on the "Flirting & Dating" journey of the employee experience. As well as this, he manages the EDP Trainee Program, a truly global program attracting talent from across the world.

Cecilia Forzelius, Chief People Officer at Transcom

Cecilia has spent over 15 years in senior HR positions and has a strong focus on, and interest in, the digitalization and automation of HR in her current role. Her extensive international experience has been gained through multi-country line management, business project leading and customer service and from working across various sectors. Cecilia's focus has been on how HR delivers within fast-moving organizations. She has proven experience in creating and executing an HR strategy that supports the business goals and used to working with countrywide office sites as well as global organizations.

Charlotte Hermans, Workplace Change Consultant at AECOM Strategy Plus

Charlotte Hermans is an organisational psychologist with a background in workplace consulting and change management. She is an advocate of evidence-based practice and seeks to underpin strategic workplace advice with a blend of real-time data and academic theory. Her core ambition is to safeguard the human element in designing and facilitating organisational change journeys by taking a psychological perspective and focussing on optimising employee wellbeing. Charlotte holds master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London and currently works as a change manager and workplace strategist at AECOM Strategy Plus, London.

Dr Kevin-Lim Jungbauer, HR Diagnostics & Talent Assessment Expert at Beiersdorf (The NIVEA company)

Kevin holds a PhD in work and organizational psychology and works as an assessment expert at Beiersdorf AG in the Hamburg headquarters. He is responsible for the design and implementation of assessments across all target groups from working students to executives. He ensures that Beiersdorf adopts an evidence-based approach to its decisions and a process that is both engaging for candidates and retains the human touch.

Lena Justenhoven, Director Product Solutions at Aon's Assessment Solutions

Lena Justenhoven is Director Product Solutions at Aon's Assessment Solutions, serving as the product design lead for standard reporting and purpose specific suite developments such as Aon’s digital readiness solution. Lena joined cut-e 2016 in London and started as a consultant working on highly bespoke client solutions before moving back to Hamburg to work closely with IT on highly custom client solutions and managing international client projects.

Caroline Kastner, Expert Trainee Recruiting & University Marketing at Beiersdorf (the NIVEA company)

Caroline Kastner coordinates the international Beyond Borders Graduate Program at Beiersdorf and, also in cooperation with universities, attract talents for the company. Taking into account the current challenges in recruitment, she is particularly interested in the changes seen in the working environment and how organizations are in need to transform the way they want to attract talents.  

John McLoughlin, Commercial Director at Aon's Assessment Solutions

John has worked for cut-e, now Aon’s Assessment Solutions, for 10 years in a variety of roles and geographies across Europe, South America, and North America. This in-market experience combined with his current role as the global commercial director for the group leads to an in-depth knowledge of global trends impacting talent strategies across all organizations.

John is motivated to leverage talent to deliver real business impact and his depth of product knowledge, global experience, and passion for all things digital means he is in the unique position to develop future-proofed solutions that not only deliver ROI in the short-term, but can also tackle tomorrow’s challenges. John’s passion for digital readiness has seen him help organizations across the globe understand what digital means in their specific context and to design people strategies to help achieve their digital transformation goals.

Andreas Melcher, Head Assessment & Selection at Credit Suisse

Andreas Melcher is a Director at Credit Suisse, based in the Zurich headquarter, having led the bank's global Assessment & Selection practice since the past 10 years. Over the last more than two decades Andreas has gained broad experience in the field of Talent Management and Assessment as a consultant, in-house expert and practice leader. Covering topics from competency modelling, performance management, talent reviews, engagement surveys, behavioral risk patterns, to assessment solutions for high volume recruiting to high-touch executive assessments, he has become a widely respected and seasoned expert in the field.

Andreas has been unremittingly engaged in evaluating validity and impact of the assessment tools and services at Credit Suisse. "I cannot imagine creating sustainable impact in my field of responsibility without continuously providing fact-based evidence that our assessments generate return on investments", Andreas says, "but this is not enough: we must educate our decision makers day by day, so they make use of the best we can offer."

Credit Suisse has been a pioneer in the professional use of assessments in Switzerland, and in 2019 is celebrating its 40 years of continued behavioral management assessments.”

Dr Barbara B. Peter, Head of the Journalism Traineeship at Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen

Barbara is a journalist and holds a PhD in Communication and Media Research and works as trainer for Swiss Radio and Television which is the largest public media corporation of the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

Over the last year, Barbara re-engineered the hiring process of the renowned trainee program and worked closely with cut-e experts to implement a high quality assessment solution. Furthermore, she is responsible for the traineeship curriculum and acts as a coach and mentor for the young talents during their traineeship.

Dr Achim Preuss, Head of Global Solutions at Aon's Assessment Solutions

Dr Achim Preuss is a renowned pioneer in the assessment industry and a visionary practitioner. As Head of Global Solutions at Aon's Assessment Solutions, he is responsible for the company’s global product development and its best practice innovations. Achim co-founded cut-e Group, a global talent management and assessment specialist, in 2002 and was its Chief Technology Officer when the company was acquired by Aon plc in 2017.

Øyvind Sæther, Director People and Organisation at RSM Norge

The last four years, Øyvind has served as Director of People & Organisation in RSM Norway. He is highly passionate about branding, recruitment and organizational development. During his 10 years in DNVGL, Øyvind was a key player in the development of standards and certification schemes for recruitment and occupational assessments. He has also served as Branch Manager HR for Randstad Norway. Øyvind holds a master degree in Communication Management, majoring in organisational psychology.

Mark Salvador, Retail Resourcing Manager at Dixons Carphone

An experienced resourcing professional within Operational and HR led functions, Mark is a specialist in high volume recruitment in both retail and call centre environments as well as senior retail leader hiring. He oversees the development, initiation and ongoing execution of employer branding initiatives as well as integrated online assessments and applicant tracking solutions. He is responsible for the design and effective implementation of complete (100%) direct resourcing strategies, the management, coaching and continual development of central and regionally aligned teams and supports operational talent management, succession and restructuring processes.

Girish Sharma, Director Human Resources at Accenture

Girish is the Talent Supply Chain lead for Accenture Operations in India. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and in a career spanning 21 years, he has had a wide-ranging experience in Professional Services and Automotive sectors. After spending the initial years in Sales and Business Development, Girish made the shift to Human Resources to bring out the best in people and support business growth. In his current role he is responsible for Talent Strategy Execution, and Talent Acquisition.

Over the 11 years at Accenture, Girish has driven and enabled various agendas like Leadership hiring, Campus strategies, Recruitment Go To markets, Millennial hiring, Focus on Inclusion & Diversity, Automation in HR etc.  He is accountable for hiring niche skills at scale within challenging timelines.

His aim is to attract and retain talent, encourage their participation, improve candidate experience and foster innovation in HR. He strongly believes in giving people the opportunity to grow their careers, achieve their full potential and make a difference. “Helping others build their dream career”, is how he likes to describe his job.

Mikel Solaun Solana, Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist at IKEA Group

Mikel is a talent acquisition and retention specialist focused on helping IKEA to differentiate its offer to candidates, to be more efficient and innovative, and to generate a great candidate experience. With digitalization and HR Analytics transforming how HR is supporting the company's goals, Mikel is implementing a new recruitment tool and measures of cultural change as well as defining the national employer branding strategy.

João Tavares, Corporate HR Deputy Director at EDP

João Tavares is the Associate HR Director at EDP in Portugal having joined the company just under five years ago. He has, in the past, studied organizational psychology.

Juho Toivola, Vice President, Strategic Resourcing at Elisa

Juho is an experienced talent leader and organizational psychologist with a passion for data-driven recruitment process improvements, and developing the professional competencies of recruiters. His broad expertise and inspiring insights in executive search, psychological assessments and employer branding make him one of the most sought after keynote speakers and recruitment trainers in Finland. To develop further professionally, Juho is currently finishing his post-graduate studies in work and organizational psychology at the University of Tampere.

Constanze Wiedemann, Manager HR Development at Olympus

Constanze joined Olympus Europe in 2016 as Manager HR Development.

Her corporate background includes Deutsche Bahn, KPMG and Berliner Volksbank. She holds a master degree in Organisational Psychology awarded by the Technical University Berlin and continued to work there for two years after her graduation as a research assistant before she started her career in the people development.

Measuring Candidate Experience: What Have We Learned about Online Assessments?

As part of Elisa’s employer branding efforts, the company is constantly looking to boost its employer reputation through measurement and improvement of candidate experience.

Raw talent, professional experience and education are not the only criteria considered during hiring. All too often, nationality, gender, ethnicity, physical traits also become part of the hiring decision. With no real link to performance, discrimination and bias often leads to poor hire.

IKEA Spain took action. It launched an entirely anonymous CV recruitment project to avoid unconscious bias, promote equality and embrace diversity.
